Midway BBQ in Union (ok, really, it’s in Buffalo), makes an all-beef hash that is different from most SCBBQ hashes. The Travel Channel Show BBQ Crawl dropped in and does a great job of featuring Jay Allen and Midway’s hash (and more) in less than 3 minutes.

Live near the Myrtle Beach area and want to become a certified BBQ judge? The Southern BBQ Network will be holding a class in Myrtle Beach on Saturday Sept. 24. The charge for the class is $25. “For that fee, you will spend four hours, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. refining a general enjoyment of BBQ into skilled appreciation of the art.”
Ok, not necessarily SCBBQ specific, but we thought you might enjoy this quiz on Southern BBQ:
