DESCRIPTION:Pork & Piggin’ is a public barbecue cook-off at H. Cooper Black Jr. Recreation Area in Cheraw\, South Carolina\, featuring South Carolina Barbecue Association (SCBA) teams competing in a pork butt only contest. For spectators\, the appeal is getting up close to the process: teams setting up\, trimming and seasoning meat\, managing cookers\, and staying busy as turn-in time gets closer. \n\n\n\nWhile SCBA judging happens behind the scenes\, the action on the grounds is easy to follow.
