  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup or chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt or sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes


  • Put all ingredients in pot and heat until it starts to boil.
  • Take off heat and allow to cool.
  • Store in a small mason jar. Will keep in the fridge for several months.
