In order to capture as much flavor as possible, we use a smoker to cook our meat. We take pride in the quality of our food.
In addition to our stellar barbecue, our mac & cheese and NINE different BBQ sauces will keep you coming back. Our Cheerwine sauce is definitely a must-try and quite popular amongst the locals.
For example, sauces include but are not limited to the following: Mild, Sweet Mild, Hot, Mustard, Hot Mustard, Jake’s Sauce, North Carolina Sauce (vinegar-based), NC Sauce (vinegar-based), and World Championship Cheerwine Sauce.
Not only are we available for dine-in but we are available to cater any event regardless of the size.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch yesterday. It was our first time visiting Tom’s. The service was fantastic, and everyone was very polite. You could tell they appreciated their regulars as well as us newbies.
It seems silly, but I love it when BBQ places have Cheerwine, which Tom’s does. They actually have a Cheerwine sauce, which is very good. However, my favorite was the hot mustard sauce. They have many other sauces as well. The green beans, sweet potato crunch, and coleslaw were good, and the BBQ sandwiches were great. We’ll definitely be back.

I love this farm to table FRESH BARBECUE eatery! Everything I have tried is absolutely AMAZING!
It tastes like they made it right before they serve it to you. The owners Beth and Brock put so much love into what they serve and it shows! It’s a slight trend toward a healthier way of preparing, not a lot of over-processed foods. My favorite side is the fried Brussels sprouts! To die for GOOD!
