Like a stroll through culinary memory lane of my childhood growing up in Orangeburg County. I know the recipes themselves should be the main focus of what we all love about this book. And as much as I love having the recipes, I truly think the history and stories behind them make even more enjoyable reading. It’s a must….it’s the Bible of SC BBQ.
