As the leaves begin to change and the air turns crisp, the quaint town of Blue Ridge, Georgia, prepares to host its annual Blues and BBQ Festival.

The festival is a celebration of the rich culinary and musical traditions of the region, offering attendees a chance to indulge in mouth-watering BBQ delights and soulful blues music.

The Blue Ridge Blues and BBQ Festival is more than just a fun-filled day; it’s an event with a cause. A portion of the net proceeds from the festival will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of North Georgia, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children and teens in Pickens, Gilmer, and Fannin Counties.

Treat Yourself

By attending the festival, you’re not only treating yourself to a day of great food and music, but you’re also contributing to a worthy cause.

The festival is a gastronomic delight, with over a dozen local and regional vendors serving up their BBQ-style culinary masterpieces. Whether you’re a fan of smoky ribs, succulent pulled pork, or tangy BBQ chicken, there’s something to satisfy every palate.

To complement the food, a selection of beverages, including Coca-Cola soft drinks, cold beer, and wine, will be available.

The musical lineup for the festival is always impressive, featuring a range of blues bands that promise to keep the crowd entertained from noon until 9 PM.

The festival kicks off with a series of pre-events, including a free food and beverage party at the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce on Friday, and a fully catered Train Ride & Block Party on Saturday.

Parking and More

The festival grounds are conveniently located in downtown Blue Ridge, with parking available throughout the area.

To accommodate the popularity of the event, additional parking locations have been added this year at the Fannin County Middle School and the Fannin County Farmers Market. A complimentary shuttle service will be available to transport attendees to and from the festival.

The Blue Ridge Blues and BBQ Festival is a testament to the vibrant community spirit of Blue Ridge, Georgia. It’s an event that brings together locals and visitors alike to celebrate the best of what the region has to offer.

Whether you’re a food enthusiast, a blues music lover, or someone looking for a fun and meaningful way to spend a day, the Blue Ridge Blues and BBQ Festival is an event worth attending.
