What makes it different is the amount, consideration and attention to each part of that recipe. That, and some really great bbq sauce, too. At Jim ‘N Nick’s, we pride ourselves on using the right ingredients, taking our time and honoring the traditions that brought us barbecue.
The things I like about this book are the stories, histories, and recipes. Comparing recipes was most enjoyable. Great book! I would tell any SCBBQ fan to go ahead and get this book. I bought another one after receiving the first one to gift to a BBQ enthusiast.
