What Folks Say about

HARD WORK SHOWS
The purchasing process went very smooth. I’m really enjoying the book. I can tell you put a lot of work into it. Keep up the good work!
At Little Pigs Bar-B-Q in Greer, we’re delighted to share our mouth-watering, finger-lickin’ good, hickory smoked barbecue with you. It comes with an extra portion of good ‘ole southern hospitality.
Dine-in or carry-out, you’ll love our barbecue. And, if you’ve got a craving for something other than BBQ, we’ve got a wide selection of other choices.
Little Pigs Bar-B-Q is family-owned by Greer locals Melissa and Doug Rogers.
While in high school, Doug learned the family restaurant business working for his dad. After college, he decided to “try something different.” It didn’t take long for him to begin wanting to operate his own restaurant.
In 2001, he and his wife, Melissa purchased Little Pigs Hickory Smoked BBQ at Hudson Corners. Although Melissa had not grown up working in the restaurant business. However, she soon found herself loving the excitement of owning a restaurant and being part of the community.
In short order, Doug and Melissa welcomed their first daughter, Caroline, followed by Grant and then Sarah and lastly, but certainly not least, little Jackson.
It’s an unusual day if you don’t see either Doug or Melissa at the restaurant – Doug on the ‘block’ chopping meat and Melissa behind the counter greeting customers.
For them, it’s much more than serving good barbecue – it’s about a place where families can come together and experience fun, laughter, and good food.
So come on in! Dine with us and savor the taste of good old-fashioned barbecue with a dash of southern hospitality.
See for yourself why Little Pigs Bar-B-Q at Hudson Corners is one of Greenville’s favorite BBQ restaurants.

Among the many Google Reviews, Local Guide Paul Konnikov calls Little Pig a “must stop” restaurant:
When I’m in the area, I absolutely MUST stop here!!! Definitely one if my favorite little BBQ places.
Lunch special is very good-pulled pork and two sides. Drink included, the special is $8. Great food, pretty reasonable prices, clean little place. Go try it!
Over on Yelp, Laney P from Simpsonville said she couldn’t wait to come back for the banana pudding:
Best BBQ in Greer!
Lovely family owned restaurant, with great deals for our family! Their Family Pack feeds our family of 4 perfectly with food left over! You can’t miss out on the sweet potato crunch! I got the chopped plate with green beans and sweet potato today with the complimentary cole slaw and it was amazing!
Gotta say the only disappointment was that their banana pudding is only seasonal! Can’t wait to get some in the spring!
