Established in 2020, we pride ourselves on having fresh products every day. We smoked fresh meat twice daily to ensure the freshest product available to our customers!
At Blue, we offer fresh smoked meat twice daily. Brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs, smoked chicken halves, and jumbo smoked wings.
Our meats are smoked with all-natural wood consisting of oak and hickory with a natural gas-assisted Olde Hickory smoker.
All sauces are made in-house. Most of our sauces are based on our signature Blue sauce. We offer our blue signature sauce as well as a honey peach, a smoky Chipotle, and a Firebox sauce. We also offer a Buffalo, mustard, and garlic parm. Looking to add a vinegar sauce.

Large portion, great taste, and high quality. Seemed like it may have been a few dollars more than other barbecue, places but they made up for it with their portion size.
I ordered the 3 meat plate. Definitely enough for 2 people. Brisket was outstanding, the pulled pork was a very close second and the pulled chicken was just ok.
Sides ordered were very good too. Baked mac and cheese was a definite, corn casserole was fantastic and brisket baked beans had several different kinds of beans and big chunks of brisket, very good.
We ordered the smoked apple cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream as well. Awesome.
Will definitely return. Highly recommended.
Upon return, we’ll order 2 meat plate with brisket and pork as well as mac and corn casserole. If we’re starving, double up on pork or brisket, and maybe try ribs…Total $45 including tip.

Had the brisket and pork, both excellent, and I could have certainly eaten them without any sauce. Varied selection of sauces that definitely complement the meats. Side dishes were awesome.

The thing I liked most about the cookbook was reading some of the history. If you’re a fan of SCBBQ, this is a must read. If you’re on the fence about buying this book, just know that it is an economical book, worth every penny!
