Now on to the 2nd and 3rd generations, we continue to pit-cook BBQ for 24 hours over hickory coals, for our 9 South Carolina locations, and customer-centered Party & Event catering of all sizes across the state.
We cook our BBQ the old-fashioned way, naturally over hickory coals for 24 hours to optimize that smoky flavor with no preservatives or chemicals!
